Уважаемые норильчане, друзья, помогайте городу оставаться чистым. Не выкидывайте мусор из окошек и балконов, завязывайте мусорные мешки, чтобы не дать возможность содержимому под воздействием ветра "летать" по городу.
Культурному городу - культурных жителей!
