А почему Росгвардия не организовала защиту НПЗ от БПЛА врага? Сейчас предлагаются бредовые действия по защите стратегических объектов руками владельцев предприятий за счет их собственных средств. Но по закону и по "факту" именно Росгвардия обязана защищать и защищает через ЧОПы, в том числе, указанные предприятия. Добавить гвардейцев, оснастить средствами ПВО и вперёд. Почему за 2 года этого не было сделано? Непорядок. Косячок-с.
