В социальных медиа сообщается, что в Москве группа мигрантов, используя малозначительный повод, запугивала, а один из них избивал молодого человека.
По данному факту следственными органами СК России по городу Москве возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Председатель Следственного комитета Бастрыкин А.И. поручил руководителю ГСУ СК России по г. Москве Стрижову А.А. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и первоначально установленных обстоятельствах.
Исполнение поручения поставлено на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.
