По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Иркутской области расследуется уголовное дело, возбужденное по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 238 УК РФ (оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности).
Глава СКР поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Иркутской области Позовскому Д.А. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
