В СМИ сообщается, что в одном из торговых центров Москвы произошла массовая драка. В результате есть пострадавшие. Следственными органами ГСУ СК России по г. Москве по данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Председатель СК России Бастрыкин А.И. поручил руководителю ГСУ СК России по Москве Стрижову А.А. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
Ход исполнения поручения поставлен на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public.
