По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Новосибирской области проводится доследственная проверка по ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Глава ведомства поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Новосибирской области Бадулину А.Н. возбудить уголовное дело и представить доклад об установленных обстоятельствах.
