Граждане сообщают, что они были вынуждены покинуть место своего проживания из-за неправомерных действий группы лиц, действующих в интересах застройщика, планирующего возвести жилой комплекс на земельном участке.
После поручения, ранее данного главой ведомства, следственными органами СК России по Свердловской области расследуется уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 330 УК РФ (самоуправство).
Председатель СК России поручил руководителю следственного управления СК России по Свердловской области Францишко Б.В. представить доклад с актуальной информацией о проведенных в рамках уголовного дела следственных действиях, а также по доводам, изложенным в обращении.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
