Если юридическое лицо строит за счет собственных средств здание негосударственной общей средней образовательной организации, то до 1 января 2030 годапри исчислении налога на прибыль ему предоставляется право на вычет в равных долях в течение 2-х лет расходов, связанных с этим строительством.
При этом в случае невыполнения лицензионных требований по приему в эту школу на учебу на бесплатной основе детей из семей, нуждающихся в социальной защите, сумма вычтенного налога на прибыль возвращается данной организацией в Государственный бюджет.
