Фиолетовый оттенок получается благодаря растительным пигментам антоцианам. Они защищают растение от засухи и морозов. Полезны антоцианы и для человека. Они снижают риск сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, улучшают зрение.
Новый сорт пшеницы обладает высокой урожайностью, созревает к середине июля. Колосья вырастают до 105 см в высоту.
