ЕАЭС сможет юридически защитить себя, если Армения нарушит договор. Об этом в беседе с РИА Новости заявил директор первого департамента стран СНГ МИД России Микаэл Агасандян.
По его словам принятый республикой закон о начале процесса вступления в Евросоюз носит декларативный характер и сейчас не предполагает конкретных действий, ставящих под вопрос членство Еревана в союзе. Однако будущее возможное сближение неизбежно вступит в противоречие с обязательствами Армении в рамках ЕАЭС.
