Елена Катаева, директор Союза «СРОСТО», рассказала о роли СРО в цифровой трансформации строительной отрасли нашего региона

Тема сессии: Потенциал цифрового перехода в сфере государственного строительства в Тюменской области. Модератором сессии выступила советник Министра строительства РФ Елена Звонарева.

По словам Елены Катаевой возможность внедрения цифровых технологий улучшит эффективность строительных процессов и станет удобным и оперативным инструментом контроля строительных решений.

«Заказчики могут получить достоверную, оперативную информацию о подрядных организациях из единого реестра членов саморегулируемых организаций. А также проводить автоматическую проверку специалиста, осуществляющего строительный контроль и подписывающего исполнительную документацию на предмет его нахождения в Национальном реестре специалистов в области строительства», — Елена Катаева.


Задача на следующий год – проведение обучающих мероприятий по работе с цифровыми системами для подрядных организаций.
