Mit einem Video und in Vorträgen zeigte der Verein die möglichen negativen Folgen für Natur und Landschaft auf und verwies auf die geringe Windleistung in der Bodenseeregion. Das Vorranggebiet Hochbühl wurde mittlerweile von 80 auf 67 Hektar verkleinert. Ein Gutachten der Gemeinde Owingen weist streng geschützte Fledermausarten nach. Die Bürger können noch bis zum 9.
