Почта приняла письмо еще 4 декабря, но с тех пор сервис отслеживания показывает, что оно не покинуло Тернополь. Но сотрудники говорят, что не могут ее найти.
Университету компенсировали стоимость отправки - 109 гривен, но он считает такую сумму несоизмеримой с нанесенным ущербом и требует привлечения виновных к ответственности.
