"Два года назад, перед тем, как Украина начала крупное контрнаступление, у вас уже не было предпосылок для успеха. Ведь для успешного наступления, согласно военной теории, нужно соотношение сил минимум 3 к 1, а лучше 5 к 1. Вместо этого соотношение сил между Украиной и Россией было даже в пользу России. Поэтому было совершенно очевидно, что контрнаступление не будет настолько успешным, чтобы освободить все территории, а сейчас мы имеем то, что имеем", - сказал Павел.
По его мнению, теперь Украину ожидает "признание реальности, которая есть, что часть территории Украины остается, и еще какое-то время будет временно оккупирована Россией".
