Ввести первую очередь предприятий должны в конце следующего года. В эти же сроки будет выполнено проектирование и строительство систем автономной газификации на островах Итуруп и Кунашир. Проекты для Парамушира и Шикотана планируется разработать в третьем квартале 2023 года. Сдача в эксплуатацию намечена на третий квартал 2025 года.
