Участок площадью 3,5 га предназначен под жилую застройку с досугово-развлекательным центром.
Всего планируется построить 91 485 квадратных метров недвижимости, а именно: ➤ 50 000 м² - жилая застройка ➤ 30 000 м² - многофункциональный досугово-развлекательный центр с термальным оздоровительным комплексом ➤ 10 000 м² - торговый центр ➤ 1 485 м² - дошкольная образовательная организация на 55 мест Высота застройки составит 150 метров.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
