Суд посчитал, что на «Газпром» распространяется государственный иммунитет, так как организация признана на Украине «вторым я» России, а действия страны носили публичный характер.
«Жнива» пыталась взыскать активы через нидерландский суд после ареста акций Gazprom International в Wintershall Noordzee и других активов. Судья отметил, что признание украинского решения противоречит принципу суверенного иммунитета, и постановил прекратить дело, обязав сторону оплатить судебные издержки.
