دادسرای ویژه روحانیت تهران، ماموستا لقمان امینی، روحانی کرد اهل سنت ساکن سنندج را به سه سال و یک ماه زندان و همچنین خلع دائم لباس روحانیت محکوم کرده است.
اتهام مطرح‌شده علیه او «توهین به مقدسات» عنوان شده و براساس گزارش‌ها، این حکم به‌صورت قطعی صادر شده و امکان تجدیدنظر ندارد.
امینی که پیش‌تر نیز سابقه بازداشت و محکومیت‌های سنگین داشته، در اردیبهشت امسال پس از مراجعه به دادگاه ویژه روحانیت همدان بازداشت و مدتی بعد با وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
او در سال‌های گذشته نیز با اتهام‌هایی مانند «تبلیغ علیه نظام» و «تحریک به آشوب» به ۱۱ سال حبس، تبعید و ممنوعیت دائمی از خطبه‌خوانی محکوم شده بود.
