«Мы предлагаем заключать трудовые договоры, но с отложенной датой начала работы. Вот такое наш трудовой кодекс позволяет, поэтому наставники смогут работать, в том числе, с потенциальными будущими работниками», — заявила зампред ФНПР Нина Кузьмина.
