Синоптики прогнозируют, что сегодня вечером, ночью и днем 14 декабря в Татарстане возможны метели с видимостью до 1-2 км и сильным ветром до 15 м/с. В связи с этим Госавтоинспекция республики напоминает об основных правилах безопасного поведения на дорогах.
Пешеходы обязаны перед переходом дороги остановиться, убедиться, что транспорта нет, а если есть, то водитель вас видит и пропускает.
При отсутствии тротуаров необходимо двигаться по освещенным участкам дорог и только навстречу движению транспорта, также необходимо использовать световозвращатели.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
