📢 به اطلاع اعضای محترم می‌رساند؛ واحد آموزش، پژوهش و ترویج سازمان دوره‌های تخصصی حرفه‌ای ویژه دی و بهمن ۱۴۰۳ را برگزار می‌کند.
🔻 از علاقه‌مندان به حضور در این دوره‌ها دعوت می‌شود تا ضمن مطالعه برنامه زمان‌بندی دوره موردنظر خود، از طریق سامانه edu.tceo.ir قسمت دوره‌های تخصصی حرفه‌ای، ثبت‌نام کنند.
💰شهریه ثبت‌نام در دوره‌ها با محاسبه ۷۵ درصد سهم پرداختی کمک‌هزینه از سوی سازمان محاسبه شده است.
⚠️تذکر(!): این دوره‌ها معادل دوره‌های ارتقا، تمدید پروانه و ورود به حرفه صلاحیت اجرا محاسبه نمی‌شود.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
