И сейчас понятие "ближний тыл" как таковое отсутствует. И да, это работает в обе стороны, и у нас тоже есть расчеты, залетающие к врагу на 40+ км. Поэтому не пренебрегайте средствами маскировки, даже если вы думаете, что находитесь в тылу.
