Деньги выделены из резервного фонда правительства.
Они будут направлены Росморречфлоту на мониторинг загрязнения водной среды нефтепродуктами, локализацию и ликвидацию такого загрязнения.
За счет финансирования также будет проведено обследование затонувших фрагментов судов с целью определения мест возможных выходов оставшихся там нефтепродуктов. Такие места будут герметизироваться.
