Прокурором района Александром Малинкиным совместно с главой Мюрюнского наслега, представителем подрядной организации проведен осмотр ремонтных работ автомобильной дороги местного значения.
Работы по ремонту ул. Ленина с. Борогонцы ведутся во исполнение решения суда, вынесенного по иску прокурора о возложении на администрацию районного цента обязанности привести дорогу в соответствие с установленными стандартами. Стоимость ремонтных работ составила 84 млн рублей.
В ходе осмотра дана оценка соблюдению графика выполнения работ, достаточности техники и работников для выполнения подрядной организацией взятых на себя обязательств.
Ход ремонта дороги остается на контроле прокуратуры.
