Банк "Уралсиб" ведет переговоры по приобретению "Быстробанка", специализирующегося на автокредитовании.
"Быстробанк" на днях опубликовал информацию об обновленном составе совета директоров. Из коллегиального органа вышел Владислав Колпаков (крупнейший владелец банка с 15% акций), его сменил Андрей Опекунов, стоявший у истоков создания "Уралсиба".
По словам инсайдеров, сделка идет "небыстро", а основным вопросом остается стоимость банка: сейчас обсуждается сумма в менее половины отчетного капитала.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
