Дмитрий Мишенин, участник арт-группы Doping Pong и куратор выставки, рассказал нам историю о знаменитой сцене со Спартаком, в которой герой Александра Баширова произносит экспрессивную речь, вскочив на постамент.
«При монтаже фильма Игла Remix перед Doping Pong встала задача сделать эту речь еще более выпуклой и абсурдной. Мы решили внедрить анимированные символы: значки, не относящиеся ни к одной языковой культуре. Так мы акцентировали невменяемое состояние Спартака и бессмысленность его воззвания к друзьям. Этот спич стал ярчайшим символом абсурдистских, наполненных невыполнимыми лозунгами выступлений первых лиц в 1990-х годах. В оригинальной «Игле» мне не хватает именно в этой сцене анимации, что говорит об удачном дополнении в ремиксе».
