Сколько статей изменили или добавили, посчитать почти невозможно. Изменения касались как нескольких частей, так и целых разделов.
Угнаться за такими постоянными изменениями правил игры сложно. Поэтому хочется пожелать в новом году, чтобы поменьше кромсали Жилищный кодекс.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
