До СВО просился в отставку. Но после февраля 2022 года все сильно изменилось и глава региона это хорошо понимает. Да, есть некоторые, но вполне разрешимые, сложности с региональными элитами.
Паслер входит в группу влияния Вексельберга, у которого с Президентом все неплохо, но не настолько неплохо, чтобы это было определяющим фактором. При наличии кандидатуры от одной из крупных элитных групп, Паслера быстро отправят в отставку - у Вексельберга не хватит влияния его оставить. Из возможных заинтересантов - группа Сечина, которая в последнее время довольно серьезно поджимает Вексельберга.
В то же время сам Паслер, как управленец, котируется. Его не планируют отправлять на почетную пенсию в Совфед. Возможно, задействуют в кадровых ротациях после президентских выборов, поэтому и вопрос перенесен на этот период.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
