«В случае очень значительных проблем в текущей деятельности глав регионов, резонансных антикоррупционных расследований или пакетных перестановок нельзя полностью исключать ротаций и в летний период. Тем не менее более ожидаемо проведение ротаций в конце сентября – октябре 2022-го и в первые месяцы 2023 года», — отмечает политолог, глава АПЭК Дмитрий Орлов (является членом Высшего совета ЕР).
