8 января 76-летнего поэта сбила машина, когда он переходил дорогу по пешеходному переходу в Москве. Рубинштейна доставили в больницу в тяжелом состоянии. 12 января появилась информация о смерти поэта, но тогда несколько источников, в том числе и его дочь, ее не подтвердили.
Против водителя, сбившего Рубинштейна, возбуждено уголовное дело.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
