Директор компании «Ленбытхим» Денис Михайлов задержан по подозрению в мошенничестве при поставках для Минобороны, сообщил СК.
По данным следствия, он умышленно завысил цены при исполнении госконтрактов, заключенных с АО «Военторг» на поставку имущества для нужд Минобороны на сумму свыше 115 млн рублей. В результате Михайлов похитил более 20 млн рублей, считает СК.
У задержанного и членов его семьи следствие обнаружило многчисленные объекты недвижимости в Санкт-Петербурге, Ленобласти и Турции, а также автотранспорт стоимостью более 100 млн рублей.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
