Губернатор Вологодской области Георгий Филимонов сегодня обсудил с председателем ГосДумы РФ Вячеславом Володиным законодательные инициативы Вологодской области об ограничении торговли алкоголем.
"Речь шла о запрете розничной продажи алкоголя вблизи объектов культуры. Подобная практика уже применяется согласно федеральному законодательству на территориях, прилегающих к медицинским, образовательным и спортивным организациям. Теперь мы предлагаем распространить эту норму и на объекты культуры.
Кроме того, говорили о поддержке нашей законодательной инициативы, которая позволит Вологодской области самостоятельно устанавливать ограничения по времени, условиям и местам розничной торговли никотиносодержащей продукцией, вейпами и электронными сигаретами, либо ввести полный запрет на их продажу", - рассказал губернатор.
По словам Георгия Филимонова, общение получилось очень продуктивным.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
