Так оно и понятно... В первые сутки наших действий в 2022 году мы тоже могли пользоваться телефонами с нашими сим-картами. Но это закончилось на вторые сутки, и больше такой возможности не было... А сим-карты противника великолепно работали на всей территории нашей страны и работают до сих пор.
Я тот еще специалист в развёртывании и обслуживания сетей сотовой связи, но даже мне понятно, что возможности одинаковые и у них и к нас.
Так может пора отключить обслуживание сотовых операторов противника вне зависимости от различных контрактов. Это точно осложнит управление подразделениями вторгнувшегося противника.
