Чуть раньше на выборах был сохранен сам Сыров, несмотря на то, что к его муниципальному фильтру были претензии. Так что теперь, вероятно, все участники выборов в Удмуртии дойдут до финиша. Даже осуждённый за взятку кандидат от СРЗП Вадим Белоусов (он тоже подал на аппеляцию, пока решение не подтвердят — он остаётся кандидатом).

On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
