🇧🇾🗳 Действующий президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко буднично, в седьмой раз подряд, победил на президентских выборах в стране, свидетельствуют предварительные данные Центральной избирательной комиссии (ЦИК) республики.
Помимо Лукашенко в выборах участвовали еще четыре кандидата:
🔹 Александр Хижняк (Республиканская партия труда и справедливости) — 1,74% голосов; 🔹 Олег Гайдукевич (ЛППБ) — 2,02%; 🔹 Сергей Сыранков (Компартия Беларуси)— 3,21%; 🔹 Анна Канопацкая (независимая) — 1,86%.
Против всех проголосовали 3,60% избирателей. Явка на выборы, по данным ЦИК республики, составила 85,70%.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
