🇷🇺⚡️Начальнику управления Департамента Минобороны России по обеспечению государственного оборонного заказа Владимиру Вертелецкому предъявлено обвинение в злоупотреблении должностными полномочиями при выполнении государственного оборонного заказа, сообщает СК РФ.
По данным военных следственных органов СКР, в 2022 году Вертелецкий принял невыполненные работы в рамках опытно-конструкторской работы по государственному контракту. В результате противоправных действий обвиняемого государству причинен ущерб на сумму более 70 млн рублей.
По ходатайству следствия судом Вертелецкому избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
