«Ассоциация блогеров и агентств», которая объединяет ведущие российские продюсерские и креативные агентства, специализирующиеся в инфлюенс-маркетинге, обратилась ко мне с просьбой внести поправки в законопроект о запрете размещения рекламы в заблокированных соцсетях.
Представители ассоциации поддерживают концепцию законопроекта, но опасаются, что многие блогеры не успеют привести в порядок свои контракты с рекламодателями. Поэтому предлагают внести поправку, предусматривающую вступление положений законопроекта в силу через полгода после его подписания.
Лично я это предложение поддерживаю. Знаю, что многие коллеги также считают его жизнеспособным. Думаю, что оно имеет шанс оформиться в виде поправок ко второму чтению законопроекта.
