В целом мы выступаем за то, чтобы на уровне законодательства было закреплено единое правило: при предъявлении отпускного билета участникам СВО предоставлялось право бесплатного провоза багажа и дополнительной ручной клади. В перспективе планируем подготовить соответствующие изменения в законодательство, чтобы устранить правовую неопределенность и гарантировать бойцам это право.
