⚠️Материалы проверки природоохранной прокуратуры направлены в орган предварительного расследования для решения вопроса об уголовном преследовании виновных лиц.
‼️По результатам их рассмотрения возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 1 ст. 251 УК РФ (загрязнение атмосферы), которое в настоящее время находится в стадии расследования.
