Александр Чухлебов, руководитель партии Новые люди в Ростовской области, предложил временно отменить штрафы за неоплаченные парковки до тех пор, пока связь не восстановится. Это справедливо, ведь жители и гости города не виноваты в технических сбоях.
Плюсом Новые люди так же предложили увеличить время на оплату парковки до 12 часов, когда перебои со связью прекратятся.
Как думаете, поддержат ли инициативу Новых или побоятся признать ситуацию?

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network.
