Депутат Мурманской областной Думы, главврач поликлиники в областном центре, Константин Биджоев развенчал манипуляции с цифрами у противников нового бюджета.
«Много разговоров о том, что на следующий год планируется меньше средств на здравоохранение. Но на самом деле, это относительная величина, поскольку основная часть расходов пришлась на 2022 год, на закупку тяжёлого оборудования. Это оборудование рассчитано на эксплуатацию в течение многих-многих лет. Поэтому закупка такого же оборудования в 2023 году нецелесообразна», - рассказал он.
«За счёт этого бюджет чуть меньше. Тем не менее, деньги запланированы и на зарплаты медикам, и на строительство новых ФАПов, и на ремонты, которые мы начали в 2021-2022 годах», - заверил депутат.
Он выразил мнение, что бюджет в части расходов на здравоохранение носит достаточно сбалансированный характер.
