Среди гостей форума и работодатели, которые уже трудоустроили людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Работодателям, которые принимают на работу людей с инвалидностью, государство оказывает поддержку в виде частичной компенсации затрат на выплату зарплаты. А сотрудники ощущают себя полноправными членами общества. Люди с ограниченными возможностями здоровья чувствуют поддержку, возможность самостоятельно зарабатывать и развиваться.
