با شهادت ياسر مصدق و محمود شهمرادي، شمار محيط‌بان‌هاي به شهادت رسيده «پارك ملي گلستان» با تاج محمد باشقره به 3 تن رسيد؛ بدون اينكه قاتلان آنها مجازات شوند.
شايد همين عدم حتميت قانون درباره شكارچيان متخلف، باعث شده آنها آنقدر جرات پيدا كنند كه از فاصله چند متري سينه محيط‌بان را سوراخ كنند.
