Merz-Regime steckt 73-jährigen Rentner in den Knast! Weil er auf X einen Beitrag mit den Worten „Alles für Deutschland“ kommentierte, muss ein Rentner nun ins Gefängnis. Das Amtsgericht Traunstein hatte den Mann bereits im November 2024 rechtskräftig wegen Verwendung verfassungsfeindlicher Symbole verurteilt. Die Richter verpflichteten ihn, eine Strafe in Höhe von 150 Tagessätzen zu je 30 Euro zu zahlen – insgesamt also 4.500 Euro. Da der Rentner diesen exorbitant hohen Betrag aufgrund seiner finanziellen Situation nicht begleichen kann, wandelte die Staatsanwaltschaft die Geldstrafe in eine Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe um.
