По словам Васильева, после окончания срока ареста на 15 суток, который ему назначил Лефортовский суд, признав виновным в мелком хулиганстве, его отвезли в военкомат в районе станции метро «Белорусская», где он получил повестку. Затем молодого человека доставили в полицию.
В день, когда артист должен явиться в военкомат, он будет находиться в спецприемнике. При этом к службе в армии Васильев не годен, что ранее установила ВВК Екатеринбурга.
