В Хабаровском крае вновь разгорается скандал вокруг дефицита лекарств в аптеках села Сита. Глава населенного пункта Евгений Лупинобратился к президенту России и пожаловался на сенатора Андрея Базилевского.
Дело все в том, что Базилевский еще в январе этого года узнал о проблеме, но не принял никаких мер, чтобы исправить ее. В настоящий момент полки в аптеках населенного пункта практически пусты – люди не могут купить самые необходимые медикаменты.
«Но даже чиновники такого уровня, которые должны быть слугами народа и отстаивать их права, являются всего лишь хорошими сказочниками с результативностью эффективности своей работы ниже нуля», – заявил Лупин.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
