Президент России Владимир Путин поручил учредить стипендию в 75 000 рублей для аспирантов, проводящих исследования в рамках реализации приоритетов научно-технологического развития РФ.
Президентская стипендия будет назначаться на срок от одного до четырех лет и должна предоставляться аспирантам ежемесячно. Всего поощрение смогут получать до 2000 человек ежегодно. Кандидатов будут выдвигать научные руководители.
