А что касается такого высокого оттока населения, то тут тоже все очевидно. Люди практически бегут из региона, где плохая экология, маленькие зарплаты и огромное количество коммунальных проблем.
Такими темпами Саратовская область превратится в Чернобыль, где практически никто не живет.
