Ну что же... вчера меня выгнали за новинкой. Извиняюсь за поздний отчет. Цвет на мой вкус плох, или у меня уставший образец (выбирал из 4х) не розе, а скорее ближе к чаю. Нос у охлажденного отчетливая кислота, аскорбинка желтая, как кто-то тут писал. При прогреве появляется горчинка. Ягод или фруктов не учуял, хоть старался. Вкус же у холодного с высокой, чуть резкой кислотностью. С потеплением появляется благородная горчинка и вино начинает заинтересовывать. Как по мне не хватило фруктового тела, если не в доминантной ноте, то хотя бы как пара. Возможно не повезло с поставкой.
