Ну что.. ждали булок , получили черняшку . Нос - чистый , средней интенсивности, бородинский хлеб с каплей лимона и яблоко рядом лежит , может даже - хлебный квас на ржаном хлебе , но без дрожжей . В послевкусии - есть явная горчинка , приятная , оч хорошо согласуется с кальмаром на гриле . С уменьшением пузырей , кажется приятнее . Немного сладковато для экстра брюта . Хорошо с мидиями и кальмарами , жареных креветок не осилило , открыл рислинг. В общем , наверное, ожидалось больше. ШТ резерв , вроде было помассивнее , оставил на завтра половину … показалось достаточно просто , но приятненько … было бы покислее чуть … Аа .. яблоки такие маленькие , со своего огорода , ароматные …
